About Us
Demould is one of Delhi's leading premium bakery and gifting brands — think handcrafted desserts, luxury hampers, corporate gifting, and hi-tea experiences. We're looking for a driven BD Manager to build partnerships, drive revenue, and grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Grow the business – Build relationships with corporates, hotels, wedding planners, cafés, schools, co-working spaces, luxury brands, and more. Find new channels for our bakery products, premium gifting, and customized hampers.
- Own the sales cycle – From lead gen to closure, manage key accounts, hit (and exceed) revenue targets, and keep clients coming back.
- Plan for impact – Strategize around festive and gifting seasons (Diwali, weddings, Christmas, etc.) with monthly action plans and sales calendars.
- Get out there – Represent Demould at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Spot opportunities for pop-ups, corporate activations, and experiential events.
- Lead a team – Mentor the BD team, review performance, and keep everyone on track.
- Collaborate across teams – Work with operations, kitchen, design, and gifting to deliver on client commitments, on time and on quality.
- Stay organized – Keep CRM clean, track conversion ratios, and report weekly/monthly with actionable insights.
You're a Great Fit If You Have
- 1–3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Sales (F&B, hospitality, luxury gifting, or events experience is a plus)
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfort with field sales and travel across Delhi NCR
- Self-starter mindset with a knack for planning and execution
- Familiarity with CRM, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, and AI tools
