Project Manager I or II or above

Experience
Responsibilities
Lead
projects from requirements definition through planning, including schedules,
scope, budget estimation, and implementation strategies.
Consolidate
and validate estimates, assess technical assumptions, evaluate risks, and
define clear scope and boundaries.
Plan
and coordinate all activities necessary to meet project acceptance criteria.
Manage
multiple projects of varying complexity small, medium, and large.
Implement
governance models aligned with organizational standards.
Track
and report KPIs, regularly analyze project health, and ensure timely corrective
actions.
Identify
and manage dependencies that could impact KPIs, secure agreements with
dependency owners, and monitor progress closely.
Map
stakeholders (internal and external) and establish an effective communication
plan.
Analyze
project profitability, prepare profitability sheets based on resource plans,
and monitor financial performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s
degree in Project Management/Engineering, Business Administration, or a related
field.
Master
Degree in Business Administration as added advantage.
PMP
or equivalent certification as added advantage.
5+
years of experience in project management, preferably in IT Industry.
Strong
leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency
in project management software and tools.
Cybersecurity
knowledge as added advantage.
