Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming goods and materials.
- Check quantities and quality of products received.
- Pick and pack products according to orders.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Arrange and store products properly in designated locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Assist with stock counting and periodic inventory checks.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
- Support other warehouse activities as assigned by the team leader or manager.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of warehouse experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle warehouse activities.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
