BIM Arcavion Private Limited — a founder-led BIM coordination firm based in Ahmedabad and Delhi — is hiring BIM Revit Modellers for full-time and contract roles. Two positions per stream: Architecture, Structure, and MEP. Six positions in total.
RESPONSIBILITIES
✦ Author discipline models in Revit at LOD 200 through LOD 400
✦ Build parametric Revit families to project standards
✦ Generate plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and shop drawings
✦ Federate models in Navisworks and resolve clashes through the Arcavion CDP platform
✦ Maintain version control on Autodesk Construction Cloud per ISO 19650
✦ Contribute to BEP authoring where required
REQUIRED
✦ 2–3 years minimum production Revit experience in your discipline
✦ Demonstrable parametric family authoring skill
✦ Navisworks familiarity for federation review
✦ Basic working knowledge of ISO 19650 information management
✦ AutoCAD baseline for legacy work
✦ Self-managed, deadline-conscious work style
✦ Clear written and spoken English
PREFERRED
✦ Prefab, modular, or LGSF project exposure
✦ Dynamo scripting for repetitive geometry or family generation
✦ Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360
✦ Tekla Structures familiarity (for Structure stream)
WORK MODEL
Hybrid — first 15–20 days on-site for onboarding and project ramp-up. Hybrid working after. Location would be Delhi.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
