About the Role
Hedge Next Tech is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and successfully close deals
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Experience in handling Email's leads
