Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design proposals based on client requirements.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Review material selections, finishes, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and conduct site inspections to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and design intent.
- Address design modifications and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Assist in preparing project estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials and finishes.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, interior fit-outs, commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
