Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and responsible candidate to support both field sales activities and digital operations. The candidate will assist in customer handling, business development, Amazon account management, and daily online coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing
- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors
- Develop new customer relationships
- Follow up on orders and payments
- Support business expansion activities in Kannur region
Amazon & Digital Operations
- Assist with Amazon product listings and catalog updates
- Manage inventory updates and pricing
- Coordinate online orders and customer queries
- Handle WhatsApp Business communication
- Support social media and promotional activities
Administrative Support
- Maintain sales and order records
- Coordinate with packaging and dispatch team
- Prepare basic reports using Excel or Google Sheets
Candidate Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Familiarity with smartphones, social media, and online platforms
- Willingness to travel locally when required
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, e-commerce, or Amazon Seller Central
- Knowledge of Canva, Excel, or digital marketing
- Freshers with strong interest in sales and digital business are encouraged to apply
