The candidate will greet customers, understand vehicle issues, prepare job cards, explain repair estimates, coordinate with technicians, provide service updates, and ensure timely vehicle delivery. Strong communication skills, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally are essential. Experience in an automobile workshop or dealership is preferred.
