Working - 9:30 to 6:30 to 10 to 7 pm (2 Saturday holiday)

Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct daily monitoring of device uptime, alerts and trip performance to ensure smooth operations.
2.Monitor the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve operational issues.
4.Conduct weekly review meetings with clients to discuss issues, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
5.Collect customer feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions based on the feedback received.
6. Apply strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel to create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
7.Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
8.Follow and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists to ensure process compliance and efficiency.
9.Coordinate with internal team, support team and client to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.
11.Track customer requirements, service issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
12.Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
13.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
14.Ensure contract renewals and long-term customer retention.
15. Ensure timely invoicing and payment collections in compliance with company SLAs and financial policies
Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
