Experience: 2-5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global IAM & Identity Lifecycle (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) across AD & Google Workspace.
- Manage integrations between ServiceNow IAM, SailPoint & Active Directory.
- Support AWS-hosted middleware integrations and IAM workflows.
- Handle L2/L3 IAM incidents, troubleshooting & RCA.
- Develop automation using PowerShell & AWS Lambda.
- Manage Change Management, UAT & deployment validation using ServiceNow/JIRA.
- Prepare access review, reconciliation & entitlement validation reports.
- Collaborate with HR, Cloud, Security & IT teams for IAM enhancements.
- Lead project activities including resource management, governance & team handling.
Key Skills
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
