1. Patient Reception Welcome patients and visitors. Guide new patients through registration. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude.
2. Appointment Management Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. Maintain therapists' appointment calendars. Send appointment reminders to patients.
3. Registration & Documentation Collect patient details and maintain records. Prepare and update patient files. Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
4. Billing & Payments Generate bills and receipts. Collect consultation and therapy charges. Maintain daily payment records.
5. Telephone & Communication Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries. Provide information about physiotherapy services, timings, and fees. Coordinate communication between patients and therapists.
6. Administrative Duties Maintain registers and reports. Manage front desk supplies and stationery. Assist in preparing daily and monthly patient statistics.
7. Patient Coordination Direct patients to treatment areas. Coordinate follow-up appointments. Handle patient feedback and complaints politely.
Skills Required Good communication skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office,) Telephone etiquette. Record-keeping and organizational skills. Professional appearance and behavior.
