Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 6 days a week
Orchard Solutions is looking for a passionate and experienced Agronomist with expertise in Mango, Litchi, and Guava cultivation to support our commercial orchard development projects across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchard planning, site assessment, and plantation supervision
- Crop planning, fertigation, irrigation, and nutrient management
- Training, pruning, canopy, flowering, and fruiting management
- Pest, disease, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) implementation
- Farmer training, field demonstrations, and technical advisory
- Preparation of technical reports and SOPs
- Evaluation of new varieties and modern production technologies
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture (Minimum)
- M.Sc. Horticulture / Fruit Science / Agronomy (Preferred)
- Practical experience in Mango, Litchi, and Guava production
- Knowledge of fertigation, irrigation, and orchard nutrition
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
