Job Title: Store Incharge (Medicine Distribution)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Incharge who can efficiently manage store operations and coordinate daily tasks among employees. The candidate should ensure smooth workflow, proper stock handling, and effective team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assign daily work tasks to store staff
- Supervise and monitor employee performance
- Ensure smooth workflow between store, purchase, and production teams
- Manage inventory control and stock movement
- Maintain accurate records of materials and stock levels
- Handle inward & outward materials (GRN, dispatch, etc.)
- Ensure proper storage and safety of goods
- Resolve team issues and operational delays
- Conduct regular stock checks and reporting
- Train and guide new employees
Required Skills:
- Strong team coordination and leadership skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of inventory and store operations
- Basic knowledge of ERP / Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
