Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team in Ottapalam, Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting the company's products/services, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned territories to identify and acquire new customers.
- Promote and sell the company's products/services to retailers, distributors, and business clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales, and collections.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 6month to 1years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
