About the Role
HealHire Solutions is looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Freelance Caregivers to provide quality home care support to elderly patients, post-hospitalization patients, and individuals requiring daily living assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding).
- Support mobility and transfer assistance.
- Monitor patient comfort and report any health concerns to family members.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness around the patient.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by family or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain attendance and service records as required.
Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver, patient attendant, nursing assistant, or home care provider.
- Basic understanding of patient care and hygiene.
- Ability to communicate politely with patients and families.
- Aadhaar Card and valid ID proof mandatory.
- Police verification required.
- Willingness to work in shifts (12-hour / 24-hour assignments/ short services).
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in elder care.
- Experience with bedridden, dementia, stroke, Parkinson's, or post-operative patients, post delivery.
- Basic first-aid knowledge.
