The Electrical Site Engineer ensures the effective execution of electrical works on-site, adhering to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role involves supervising installations, coordinating with various teams, and troubleshooting electrical issues to ensure smooth project progression. JOb location will be based out in Bengaluru and will be asked to travel to Domestic or International locations depending upon the requirement of Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Installation: Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution, ensuring compliance with approved designs and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of electrical installations and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other project components.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain project schedules.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of electrical works, including daily logs, material usage, and work progress reports.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Material Management: Assist in the procurement and management of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability for project needs.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Fresher or upto 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations and site supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD and other electrical design software is advantageous.
