Eligibility Criteria
-Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
-Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or equivalent qualification
-Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)
-Freshers with strong potential and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
-Ensure the overall organization, aesthetics, and smooth functioning of the classroom.
-Prepare lesson materials and classroom resources in advance.
-Create a safe, warm, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
-Deliver daily lesson plans in alignment with the prescribed curriculum.
-Plan and conduct creative, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
-Develop and effectively use teaching aids and learning materials.
-Monitor, assess, and document each child’s academic and developmental progress.
-Communicate concepts in a child-friendly, interactive, and engaging manner.
-Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents and colleagues.
-Demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, and a positive demeanor in all classroom interactions.
