Job Description – SFMC Developer (Offshore)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to design, develop, and optimize marketing automation solutions and accessible digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SFMC development, automation, integrations, and accessibility compliance (508c/WCAG standards). This role involves building scalable customer journeys, responsive email templates, Cloud Pages, and ensuring high-quality campaign execution through rigorous testing and QA processes.

- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect with Salesforce CRM
- Hands-on experience with Automation Studio workflows, SQL queries, data imports, and extracts
- Experience using testing and QA tools such as:
- Litmus
- Email on Acid
- WAVE
- AXE
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation skills
Good to Have Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
- Experience in Healthcare, Federal, or Government consulting environments
- Exposure to compliance-driven industries
- Experience with advanced personalization and dynamic content strategies
- Knowledge of accessibility audit processes and remediation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Key Responsibilities
- Develop dynamic and responsive email templates and CloudPages using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS
- Build and maintain automated customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Ensure all digital assets comply with 508c accessibility and WCAG standards
- Perform end-to-end testing, rendering validation, accessibility audits, and UAT
- Implement and maintain SFMC integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect
- Create and maintain technical documentation for journeys, data models, and compliance checklists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, QA, CRM, and compliance teams
- Optimize campaign performance and improve deployment efficiency

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification preferred
