Preferred Experience & Skills
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a technology leadership role. total 15-20 Years of Exp
- Strong software development experience in Python and/or .NET.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, customization, and support, preferably Odoo ERP.
- Expertise in enterprise application integration using APIs and third-party systems.
- Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, Database Design, SDLC, DevOps, Cloud Technologies, and Cybersecurity.
- Experience leading Digital Transformation, Automation, and Business Process Optimization initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and deliver enterprise technology projects.
Industry Preference
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Agriculture/Farming, Food Processing, or FMCG industries.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
