We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Generative AI & Agentic AI Trainer with strong training experience to deliver cutting-edge AI programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies and emerging Agentic AI systems, along with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
- Design and update curriculum, course materials, labs, and real-world projects.
- Train learners on:
- Foundations of AI, ML, and Deep Learning
- Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models)
- Prompt engineering and optimization techniques
- Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool usage)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Provide hands-on training using industry tools and frameworks.
- Guide learners in building AI-powered applications and agents.
- Assess learner progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
- Offer mentorship, debugging support, and career guidance.
- Stay current with advancements in AI technologies and tools.
- Customize training content based on audience (students, professionals, corporates).
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML libraries.
- Experience in training/teaching (classroom, virtual, or corporate).
- Knowledge of:
- LLMs and prompt engineering
- Frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex (or similar)
- OpenAI APIs / Hugging Face ecosystem
