About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who has successfully managed and scaled business on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving marketplace visibility, managing account performance, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth for Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, including listings, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Plan and manage marketplace advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS and profitability.
- Coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart account/category managers to unlock growth opportunities.
- Monitor key business metrics including sales, conversion, visibility, inventory health, and customer ratings.
- Lead participation in major marketplace events such as Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, and Big Billion Days.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting and reviews.
- Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of marketplace plans.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts.
- Proven track record of growing marketplace revenue and profitability.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience with marketplace advertising platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth targets.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Goods, or Lifestyle brands.
- Exposure to marketplace performance marketing and business planning.
