We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager who can build, manage, and motivate a network of freelancers, affiliate marketers, influencers, and promoters to generate registrations, sponsorships, and sales for our UGC Challenge Campaigns.
Performance Incentive Structure
₹3 Lakhs in 1 Week – 5% Incentive
₹5 Lakhs in 1 Week – 10% Incentive
₹10 Lakhs to ₹99 Lakhs in 1 Week – 15% Incentive
₹1 Crore or More in 1 Week – 20% Incentive
Candidates must clearly mention:
- Previous companies where they worked
- Sales targets assigned
- Sales achieved against those targets
- Highest monthly and weekly sales figures achieved
- Team size managed (if applicable)
All sales records, references, employment history, and performance claims will be verified before selection. False information may result in immediate disqualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage freelancers, promoters, and affiliate partners
- Generate registrations, sponsorships, and campaign sales
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators
- Track daily sales performance and conversions
- Develop incentive plans for freelancers and sales teams
- Scale campaigns through digital and offline channels
Mandatory Requirements
✅ 1–3 years of sales, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, sponsorship sales, or campaign management experience
✅ Proven ability to generate significant revenue through teams or digital channels
✅ Experience managing freelancers, promoters, or sales teams
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
✅ Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive targets
