Role - Yield Manager – International Market
Role Summary:
The Yield Manager – International Markets will be responsible for identifying commercial gaps, pricing opportunities, and competitiveness issues at a property level across the assigned international hotel portfolio. The role will focus on improving conversion, rate competitiveness, inventory performance, and share of wallet through close coordination with Market Managers, Market Coordinators, and commercial teams.
The position will support optimization of international supply performance by driving tactical actions, monitoring market competitiveness, and ensuring effective execution of pricing and commercial strategies across global destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Property-Level Yield Optimization

Monitor pricing competitiveness and inventory performance for assigned international hotel portfolio.
- Identify commercial gaps related to rates, promotions, room mapping, availability, and visibility.
- Recommend corrective actions to improve conversion and production performance.
Support optimization of margins while maintaining market competitiveness.

Commercial Coordination

Coordinate with Market Managers and commercial teams for implementation of pricing and optimization actions.
- Follow up on pending commercial opportunities and corrective measures.
- Support execution of tactical campaigns, promotional offers, and seasonal strategies.
Ensure timely closure of rate parity and competitiveness issues.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor competitor pricing and destination trends across international markets.
- Identify opportunities to improve competitiveness against third-party suppliers and OTAs.
- Analyze destination demand trends, booking windows, and seasonal patterns.
Share actionable market intelligence with commercial and contracting teams.

Portfolio Performance Management

Analyse hotel-level production trends, booking performance, and conversion metrics.
- Identify low-performing accounts and recommend optimization initiatives.
- Support growth of share of wallet from assigned international hotel portfolio.
Monitor performance impact of tactical and pricing initiatives.

Operational Coordination

Coordinate with Connectivity, Loading, and Operations teams for issues impacting supply competitiveness.
- Highlight operational gaps including mapping issues, sold-out inventory, and rate inconsistencies.
Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and supplier follow-ups.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare regular yield analysis reports, competitiveness trackers, and portfolio performance dashboards.
- Maintain destination-level and hotel-level optimization trackers.
Share commercial insights and optimization recommendations with management.
