Key Responsibilities:
- Procure food, beverage, housekeeping, engineering, and operational supplies in accordance with approved purchase requisitions, company SOPs, and budgetary guidelines.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendor pricing and quality, prepare purchase orders, and coordinate with approved suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Liaise closely with Stores, Receiving, Accounts, and user departments to ensure accurate deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain uninterrupted resort operations.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory-related reports while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal audit standards.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor supplier performance, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and support initiatives for cost optimization without compromising quality.
These responsibilities align with procurement practices commonly followed in the Indian hospitality industry, emphasizing operational efficiency, cost control, quality assurance, and compliance.
Pay: ₹10,843.83 - ₹15,000.63 per month
