Qualification:
Diploma/ B. Tech Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Experience:
3 - 10 Years of relevant experience in MEP Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, Execute and monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) project activities as per schedule.
- Key Responsibilities:
Prepare baseline project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 / MS Project
Develop detailed MEP execution plans, including manpower, materials, and resources
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers for smooth workflow
Track daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and highlight delays
Perform delay analysis and suggest corrective actions
Ensure alignment of MEP activities with overall project timeline
Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / 3-week plans)
Monitor procurement status of MEP materials and equipment
Maintain documentation for project planning and reporting
