We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive responsible for promoting and selling various loan products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Secured Loans. The role requires fieldwork, lead generation, and achieving sales targets through direct and indirect channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell financial products such as:
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Home Loans
- Secured Loans
- Source and process loan applications from multiple Banks and NBFCs
- Conduct field marketing activities, including:
- Pamphlet distribution
- Visiting residential, commercial, and corporate areas for business development
- Perform cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients
- Generate daily leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by the company
Performance & Compensation
- Salary will be performance-based (linked to sales targets)
- Minimum sales achievement is required to qualify for fixed salary/incentives
- Attractive incentives on exceeding targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in banking / NBFC sales (Loan sales preferred)
- Good knowledge of local market and geography
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of financial products
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work in field and meet clients regularly
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to do cold calling and lead generation
Training
- Training will be provided (if required) to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Other Expectations
- Daily reporting of leads and activities
- Maintaining discipline and professional conduct
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
