Senior Learning Consultant (UG Programs) – Inside Sales

Location - Bangalore (Initially Work from Home for 30-45 days later Work from office)
Salary - Up to ₹7.5 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Learning Consultant to drive admissions for our Undergraduate (UG) programs. This is a pure inside sales / admission counselling role, where you will guide prospective students and help them choose the right program based on their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about UG programs via calls, video sessions, and chats
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Drive end-to-end admissions process (lead to enrolment)
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain conversion pipelines
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
Requirements
- 1–7 years of experience in admission counselling / education sales / inside sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Experience in EdTech / Education industry preferred
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead conversion
Preferred Background
- Candidates from EdTech, coaching institutes, or universities
- Experience in UG/degree program counselling
- Immediate joiners or candidates with ≤ 15 days notice
