About the program
We are implementing a suite of three custom AI agents on Oracle AI Agent Studio, embedded in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / Supplier Management, to automate the supplier (third-party) risk lifecycle end to end:
1. Supplier Onboarding & Automated Pre-Qualification - questionnaire scoring in Oracle Supplier Qualification Management, external-data scanning via Oracle Integration Cloud, and AI document validation using Oracle AI Document Understanding, producing a structured qualification decision for every registration request.
2. Supplier Risk Monitoring - continuous and event-driven risk scoring of active suppliers across five dimensions (Financial, Operational, Regulatory & Compliance, Cybersecurity, ESG & Reputational), producing a composite score, risk tier, and zero-tolerance override flags.
3. Supplier Risk Alerts & Remediation- alerting, SLA-driven notification and escalation via Fusion workflow, and remediation workflows that apply supplier holds (site / purchasing / invoice / payment) automatically with human-in-the-loop control, plus reporting and a management dashboard.
The functional design for all three agents is documented in Lean Specifications and a scoring-model workbook. We need an Oracle Fusion specialist to finalize that design, configure and build it in Fusion, drive it through the implementation lifecycle, and prove it works.
Role summary
You will own the functional design and Oracle Fusion implementation of all three agents end to end - turning the specifications into configured, tested, production-ready agent behavior inside Oracle Fusion. This is a hands-on role: you will configure Oracle Supplier Qualification Management and the Supplier Model, build and orchestrate the agents in Oracle AI Agent Studio, design the external-data and document-validation logic, define the alerting and remediation workflows (including automated supplier holds with the right controls), and run the build through CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare. You will work alongside OIC, PL/SQL, and Visual Builder developers for deep custom components, while owning the configuration and agent setup yourself.
What you'll own
Functional design & open decisions
- Author and maintain the functional / Lean Specifications for each agent and keep them current through the implementation.
- Drive closure of the open design decisions in the current specs: red-flag definitions and thresholds, auto- vs. human-validated alerting, report content and format, missing/inconsistent-answer scoring logic, and recommended mitigation strategies.
- Run requirements and design workshops and maintain the open/closed items log to a clean state.
Supplier risk scoring model (the analytical core)
- Own the weighted five-dimension scoring model: parameter-level rubrics (1–5 scale), dimension and parameter weights, composite-score calculation, and tier thresholds (Critical / High / Medium / Low / Minimal).
- Define and govern zero-tolerance override logic (sanctions hits, debarment, active breach, bankruptcy, forced/child labor, FCPA/bribery) and score-change triggers, and manage industry-vertical weighting and supplier-tier applicability.
- Govern the matrix and weightages centrally through Fusion lookups so they can be changed without code.
Oracle Fusion configuration - Procurement & Supplier Management
- Configure Oracle Supplier Qualification Management (SQM): qualification areas, qualification models, questionnaires (including branching), initiatives/assessments, scoring, and qualification outcomes.
- Configure the Supplier Model and Supplier Portal: prospective-supplier self-registration, supplier profile, sites and site assignments, contacts, and the supplier hold types (purchasing, invoice, and payment holds) that the remediation agent triggers.
- Configure Oracle Sourcing prerequisites and supplier categorization needed to support onboarding and monitoring.
- Manage setup using Functional Setup Manager / Setup and Maintenance, and own configuration migration across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
Must-have qualifications
- Multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementations (requirements → configuration → CRP → SIT/UAT → cutover → hypercare), as a functional/implementation consultant.
- Hands-on configuration of Oracle Supplier Qualification Management (SQM), the Supplier Model / Supplier Portal (including supplier holds), and Oracle Sourcing.
- Demonstrated experience designing or operating supplier / third-party risk management (TPRM) processes and risk-scoring models (weighted scoring, tiering, thresholds, override rules).
- Experience designing Fusion workflow, approvals, notifications, and escalations (BPM / AMX) and specifying BI Publisher / OTBI reporting and dashboards.
- Setup-migration discipline across Fusion environments (FSM / Setup and Maintenance) and test management experience (SIT / UAT), including validating calculated outputs.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills, credible with senior procurement, risk, legal, and compliance audiences (up to CPO level).
