Role Summary
Assist in the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and reporting of paid performance marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Lead, ensuring campaigns run efficiently and meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Upload and manage ad creatives, copies, and keywords across campaign platforms.
- Assist with basic campaign optimizations such as bid adjustments, keyword updates, and audience refinements.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives and campaign assets.
- Track and monitor lead generation and campaign performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Assist in landing page updates, testing variations, and supporting A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
