Job Purpose
The Legal Executive will be responsible for handling drafting and managing legal notices, and coordinating with external legal vendors to track and update case status. The role ensures timely legal compliance, accurate documentation, and effective follow-up on legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain records of Loan Recall Notices (LRNs) for all legal cases and matters.
- Draft, review, and issue legal notices (demand notices, reply notices, follow-up notices, etc.) in coordination with internal stakeholders and legal counsel.
- Coordinate with external legal vendors, advocates, and law firms for case filings, hearings, and status updates.
- Regularly follow up with legal vendors to obtain case progress, hearing dates, and next action points.
- Maintain and update case trackers, MIS reports, and legal databases with accurate and timely information.
- Ensure timely submission of documents, affidavits, and case papers to external advocates.
- Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Credit, Recovery, HR, Compliance, etc.) for case-related information and documentation.
- Monitor legal timelines and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Assist in preparing case summaries, legal reports, and management updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and notice drafting
- Ability to coordinate effectively with external legal vendors
- Good understanding of court processes and legal procedures
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and legal tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in handling legal notices and vendor coordination (NBFC/Banking/Corporate experience preferred)
- Prior exposure to litigation management and case tracking will be an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
