Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Manage employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain healthy relationships between management and workforce.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Handle labour-related issues and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and manpower planning.
- Monitor workforce productivity and employee discipline.
- Organize employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
- Support appraisal processes and employee performance reviews.
- Assist department heads in manpower development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Conduct induction and policy awareness sessions.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and workforce analytics.
- Provide management with HR-related insights and recommendations.
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- MSW (HR/IR) preferred
- Graduate with substantial HR & IR experience
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances is mandatory
