Position: Dispatch Executive

Responsibilities:
- Daily Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Update inventory and dispatch details in the system regularly.
- Conduct physical stock verification and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and safe handling of received goods.
- Maintain a clean, systematic and well-organized warehouse.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Plan and schedule dispatches according to delivery timelines and priorities.
- Ensure all customer orders are dispatched on time.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including:
- Delivery challans
- Dispatch notes
- Shipping labels
- Stock reports
- Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)
- Assign deliveries to drivers or transport partners.
- Track delivery status throughout the day and coordinate for timely delivery.
- Update records once goods have been dispatched.
- Maintain complete records of all dispatched goods.
- Resolve issues relating to damaged goods, shortages or incorrect quantities.
- Weekly Responsibilities
- Review stock availability.
- Identify low-stock and out-of-stock items.
- Verify that all dispatch and inventory records are properly maintained.
- Cross-check delivery challans and supporting documents.
- Share stock and dispatch updates with management.
- Ensure documentation is properly maintained for internal and external audits.
- Monthly Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly physical stock checks.
- Compare physical stock with system records.
- Report stock shortages, excess stock or other discrepancies to management.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Understanding of dispatch documentation and delivery coordination.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with drivers, transporters and internal departments.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under delivery deadlines and manage multiple dispatches.
Required Qualification:- Any Graduation
Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
