Job Description:
We are seeking a courteous, helpful, and professional Bellboy + Helper to join our hospitality team. As a Bellboy, you will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and providing general support to ensure a pleasant and welcoming stay for all hotel visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist guests with unloading luggage from vehicles and transport it to guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explain room features, and ensure their comfort.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Deliver messages, packages, or amenities to guest rooms as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
- Coordinate with front desk staff for guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements and provide local area information.
- Handle luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures.
- Ensure all luggage is handled safely and securely.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
