Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Junior Visa Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates who are interested in building a career in the travel, visa, and study abroad industry.
The selected candidate will assist clients with visa application procedures, documentation, and travel-related guidance while working closely with our experienced visa processing team. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with visa application procedures and documentation requirements.
- Support the visa processing team in preparing and reviewing applications.
- Verify documents and ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with clients regarding missing documents and application updates.
- Maintain proper records of applications and client communications.
- Stay updated with basic visa rules and travel documentation requirements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the application process.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing application timelines.
- Support day-to-day office and administrative activities when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with educational background or experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or Study Abroad services will be given preference.
- Prior experience in travel consultancy or visa processing will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, internet usage).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: Freshers can apply; 0–1 year experience preferred.
- Priority will be given to candidates who have completed courses or gained experience in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Aviation, or related fields.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
