Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Manage the hiring process and prepare offer letters.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Collect and maintain employee documentation.
- Process employee exits, clearances, and full-and-final settlements.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Update employee information and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Verify payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and deductions.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
