About the Role
We are seeking a Finance & Operations Executive
The candidate will work closely with fund administrators, finance teams, auditors, bankers & other service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
This position offers exposure to international funds structures, UK GAAP/IFRS reporting, and end-to-end funds operations while working with an experienced CA firm in India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Funds Operations & Accounting
- Handle daily bookkeeping, NAV preparation, and reconciliations for fund entities.
- Coordinate on investor subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls.
- Maintain cash flow statements, expense accruals, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Interaction with various service providers and ensuring compliances in all Jurisdiction and deal with regulators
- Verifying & keeping records for the investments made by the funds.
- Payroll processing and social security and similar compliances
- Return & form filings
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Assist in preparation of annual financial statements.
- Work with auditors for year-end closing and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting to management and fund stakeholders.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with fund managers, investment teams, administrators, and accountants.
- Maintain effective communication across time zones.
- Coordinating with all service providers and ensuring compliance in all jurisdiction
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives for fund operations.
- Assisting in due diligence
Required Qualifications
- Semi-qualified CA, ACCA, CWA, CS, or postgraduate
- Fresher (with articles training) to 2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations
- Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, and comfort with cloud-based accounting platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in audit or accounting firms handling overseas clients.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
