Job Summary:
Alpex Solar Limited is seeking an experienced and vigilant Security Supervisor to oversee and manage all security operations at our manufacturing facility in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, company assets, and maintaining compliance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor security guards and shift-wise deployment.
- Ensure effective access control of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrolling of plant premises and identify security risks.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond to security incidents promptly.
- Investigate security breaches, theft, vandalism, or any suspicious activities.
- Maintain records of visitor entries, vehicle movements, and security incidents.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct security briefings and training sessions for guards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management.
- Support fire safety and emergency evacuation drills.
- Enforce company policies regarding safety and discipline within the premises.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Experience in handling a team of security personnel.
- Knowledge of CCTV operations, access control systems, and security protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts when required.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and record maintenance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ex-Serviceman/Retired Defense Personnel will be given preference.
- Strong observation and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with industrial security practices and emergency response planning.
- Disciplined, dependable, and proactive approach toward security management.
