- See the overall operations and management of the preschool center
- Lead, train, and supervise teachers and support staff
- Ensure smooth execution of curriculum, activities, and events
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, discipline, and child care
- Handle parent interactions, counseling, and relationship management
- Plan admissions strategies and achieve enrollment targets
- Monitor classroom quality and teaching methodologies
- Organize school events, celebrations, and promotional activities
- Coordinate social media and branding activities for the center
- Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Create a positive, motivating, and growth-oriented work culture
