Business Development Officer (Telesales – International)
We are looking for energetic and result-driven candidates with telesales / telecalling experience (0 to 2 Years) to join our Business Development team. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, and converting prospects into clients, especially in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (international market)
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
- Explain company products/services (ERP solutions) clearly and confidently
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
- Update and manage leads in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Degree
- Experience in telesales / telecalling / international calling (outbound)
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory for international calling)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
