Looking for a role that combines client interaction with backend operations? We are hiring an International Customer Support & Operations Associate at our Mohali office. You will act as a vital link for our US-based clients and caregivers, handling routine HR data management, service inquiries, and operational tasks via email, text, and calls.
What You Will Do:
- Blended Operations: Handle backend administrative tasks (profile activations, separation notices, skills expiration tracking) while managing a dedicated group inbox.
- Client Interaction: Proactively communicate with US caregivers and clients via texts, emails, and phone calls to resolve compliance and scheduling queries.
- Data Integrity: Run daily, monthly, and quarterly audits across multiple spreadsheets to ensure 100% accuracy in customer records.
What We Are Looking For:
- Communication Pro: Exceptional verbal and written English communication is non-negotiable.
- Background: 1+ years of experience in an International BPO (Voice or Blended process).
- Skillset: Strong command over MS Excel and Google Sheets; highly organized.
- Availability: Full-time, in-office role during Indian Night Shifts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
