Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student counseling, managing inquiries, and supporting overall center management. This role involves telecalling, follow-ups, and creating a positive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling:
- Guide students and parents regarding course selection, career paths, and exam preparation strategies.
- Provide personalized counseling sessions to address student needs and align their aspirations with suitable courses.
- Assist students with registration, admissions, and academic queries.
- Telecalling & Enquiry Follow-up:
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls/emails/social media) and provide detailed information about programs.
- Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Center Management:
- Support daily center operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
- Assist with scheduling classes, coordinating with faculty, and managing student feedback.
- Ensure the center maintains high standards in terms of student engagement, infrastructure, and cleanliness.
- Handle administrative tasks, including database management and report preparation.
Qualifications:
- Graduation (in any discipline).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Prior experience in counseling or telecalling is advantageous.
