- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, maintain the reception area, manage visitor logs, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department, or take accurate messages.
- Telecalling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, follow up on inquiries, promote services, and schedule appointments.
- Customer Support: Address customer complaints, resolve queries, and provide accurate product or service information.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain call logs, update CRM records, and perform basic data entry or clerical tasks
