Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing activities.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, lead generation activities, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Generate quality leads for training programs and educational services.
- Manage online branding, reputation management, and social media presence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Faculty & Training Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Digital Marketing concepts.
- Train students on SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, AI Tools, and Marketing Automation.
- Conduct live projects, case studies, assignments, and practical workshops.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and course content.
- Mentor students on portfolio building, certifications, internships, and career opportunities.
- Evaluate student performance and provide continuous guidance and feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, AI tools, and digital marketing technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, WordPress, and AI-based marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to handle classroom training and practical demonstrations.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- Digital Marketing Certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) preferred.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or conducting workshops is preferred.
- Experience in educational institutions, training centers, or digital marketing agencies will be an advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
