Roles & Responsibilities – HR Intern (Recruiter)
- Job Requirement Understanding
- Work closely with the HR team to understand client requirements for various roles.
- Draft and update job descriptions as per client needs.
- Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), databases, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes to shortlist candidates matching client criteria.
- Conduct telephonic screening to assess communication, experience, and fit.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
- Follow up with both candidates and clients for smooth interview process.
- Share feedback updates with candidates.
- Database & Reporting
- Maintain candidate tracker and client status reports.
- Update recruitment dashboards with progress on open positions.
- Keep records of shortlisted, interviewed, and selected candidates.
- Candidate Engagement
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Provide guidance on interview preparation when needed.
- Maintain professional candidate relationships for future opportunities.
- Client Interaction Support
- Support senior recruiters in sending CVs to clients.
- Follow up on feedback and update clients on progress.
- Coordinate with clients on scheduling and hiring decisions.
- Onboarding & Closure
- Assist in offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Learning Opportunities
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment cycle in multiple industries.
- Learn client management and consultancy processes.
- Hands-on training in sourcing, screening, and closing positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
