Indus Motors is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our Four Wheeler dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day cash transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer payments (cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods).
- Generate invoices, receipts, and payment acknowledgements accurately.
- Maintain daily cash collections and prepare cash reports.
- Reconcile cash and card transactions at the end of each day.
- Coordinate with the accounts and service departments regarding customer billing.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally.
- Follow company policies and internal financial procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role (automobile dealership experience is an advantage).
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and billing/accounting software.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
