Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our Building Materials Showroom dealing in Aluminium Sections, ACP Sheets, PVC Sheets, Ceiling & Wall Panels, Steel Doors, WPC Doors, and Bathroom Doors (PVC/UPVC/FRP).
The candidate should have strong skills in retail sales, customer handling, lead generation, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers at the showroom
- Generate new leads through site visits and market visits
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, and dealers
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in building materials / construction materials sales preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of retail sales and marketing
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
- Accommodation (PG) available for candidates from Thrissur & Ernakulam if willing to relocate to Kollam
