The candidate will be trained to oversee daily production activities, manage workers, and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily production operations
- Monitor workflow and ensure targets are met
- Coordinate with workers and team members on the production floor
- Maintain basic production records and reports
- Ensure discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the work area
- Support senior supervisors in managing tasks
