We're looking for a Shopify Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Shopify development, preferably working with D2C brands or in a digital marketing agency. You'll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining Shopify stores that deliver seamless user experiences and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores for multiple D2C brands.
- Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs.
- Implement responsive, mobile-first, and conversion-focused storefronts.
- Integrate third-party apps, payment gateways, shipping solutions, and marketing tools.
- Optimize website performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement landing pages, promotional campaigns, and seasonal website updates.
- Collaborate with designers, performance marketers, and account managers to execute client requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth website functionality.
- Follow Shopify and e-commerce best practices for SEO, UX, and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Shopify Developer.
- Experience working with D2C brands or within a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Experience with Shopify theme customization and app integrations.
- Understanding of Shopify Admin, Shopify APIs, metafields, and custom sections.
- Familiarity with Git/version control.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization and technical SEO.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify Plus.
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
- Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with React or headless Shopify is an added advantage.
