Job Summary
Reach us Business Hub is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner with excellent language proficiency and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Communicate with clients through calls, messages, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely support.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
- Maintain client records and prepare basic reports.
- Collect client feedback and share insights with management.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written). Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-first mindset.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Internet).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
