- Guest Room Cleaning: Daily cleaning of rooms, including changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming, while adhering to hygiene standards.
- Public Areas Maintenance: Ensuring cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public restrooms.
- Amenity Management: Restocking soaps, shampoos, towels, toilet paper, and minibar items.
- Maintenance Reporting: Reporting damages, electrical issues, or repairs needed in rooms to the maintenance department.
- Guest Service & Requests: Promptly handling guest requests for extra pillows, blankets, or toiletries.
- Inventory Control: Managing cleaning supplies, linens, and guest room items to ensure adequate stock.
- Safety and Sanitation: Following safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and handling hazardous materials.
- Lost and Found: Documenting and turning in items left behind by guests.
- Turn down Service: Providing evening service, including prepping the bed and tidying the room.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring every corner of the room is spotless.
- Time Management: Cleaning rooms efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Communication: Interacting professionally with guests and reporting to supervisors.
